How do I recover my account or move to a new device?

Your progress is tied to your player profile. On a new device, open the game and use Settings → Support to link your account — or chat with us with your in-game nickname and we'll restore it.

I bought gems but didn't receive them.

Purchases usually arrive within a minute. Restart the game and check your in-game inbox first. Still missing? Send us your order ID in chat and we'll track it down.

Can I play on PC or in the browser?

Tower Conquest is available on Android (including Google Play Games on PC) and iOS. Tower Conquest Web is in development — create a X ID to be ready on day one.

Card payments don't work in my region. What can I do?

Google Play billing is limited in some regions. The official Web Store supports alternative payment methods, so you can keep stocking up on gems and offers.

How do I report a bug or appeal a ban?

Message us in chat or email us with your nickname, device model and what happened. Real humans read every report.
